Returns & Exchanges Exchanges and returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. For returns due to reasons attributable to the customer, round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Exchanges and returns are not accepted after the return period has expired, or if the product or packaging has been damaged or shows signs of use.
